RECRUITMENT AT RND
Recruitment at RND takes place after multiple levels of screening. Candidates undergo multiple tests. They are interviewed by HRD and the process team before getting hired. Background verification is done by a third party for all candidates selected before they become a part of RND.

TRAINING PROGRAM AT RND
New hires first undergo HIPAA and ISMS training. They are given an overview of the US Healthcare Industry and Revenue Cycle Management. They are then trained on major RCM processes - verification, authorization, intake,and accounts receivables, based on the requirement from production team.
