Founder & Managing DirectorDeepika Srihari, is a Management Graduate from Richmond University UK. She identified the need for transcription service in Healthcare Sector and hence strategized the setting up of RND Soft in the year 1998
She is the Director of Sri Karthikeya spinning & weaving mills Pvt Ltd., Her dynamic vision, strategic focus and entrepreneurial skills guides the growth of RND across markets. She actively participates in social welfare activity providing financial help to deserving students for education and runs an orphanage
Mr. Srihari Balakrishnan
